FACE YOGA

Are you looking to improve your skin's appearance and boost your confidence? Have you considered giving face yoga a try? 

 

With regular practice, you can achieve a softer, lifted, and toned face. Each week, you'll receive three 5-minute recordings that guide you through various facial exercises, massage, lymphatic drainage, lifting techniques and breath work that you can easily do from the comfort of your own home. 

 

These exercises target specific areas of your face, such as your forehead, eyes, eyebrows, cheeks, jaw, lips and neck helping to relax and strengthen the muscles and reduce deep lines. Additionally,  lymphatic drainage can help to reduce puffiness around the eyes and under the chin and support your immune system. 

 

In addition, there's an optional opportunity to join my informal meditation group that meets for 30 minutes on Mondays at 7:40pm during term time. However, if you're unable to attend the live session, you'll receive a bonus recording every Sunday morning in your private Facebook group. These meditations are also beneficial for achieving a softer and more relaxed facial appearance, as they aid in reducing stress levels and improving sleep quality.
