Foam rolling can improve your range of movement, which means you feel less tight and probably perform your workouts more efficiently, whilst using a better form.


We'll cover your major muscles 

Glutes, Quads, Calves and Back using the foam roller and use some simple stretches to just get you feeling a little more comfortable in your body.


If you sit down for work most of your day, and are getting aches and pains, this is a great way to get you up and moving (without getting a sweat on).
