One to One Sessions Tailored to meet your goals

Your Workouts could include any of the following;

Yoga, Pilates & Core Conditioning

Core Stability

Hit Workouts

Weight Training

Circuit Training

I like to keep the workouts fresh and interesting and we'll vary what we do from week to week

£45 for 1 person (55 mins) for 1st session

add £10 for each extra person

£270 for a block booking of 6

Must be used up within 8 weeks from 1st session

 

either face to face, via Skype, FaceTime or Zoom
