You'll receive a daily 10 to 15 minute workout either in a closed facebook group or in a hidden page on my website with recipe ideas for breakfast, lunch & dinner and you'll have a meditation on Sunday.
All you need is a pair of dumbbells, a massage ball and a resistance band (+ an optional resistance loop)
