Sleep Workshop 

I'm so glad you're here and that you've decided to give your sleep the attention it deserves.

 

We spend about a third of our lives sleeping, most of us have an idea that sleep is important but for many of us

we don't know why that is, or even how to get a good night's sleep.

 

When we're asleep although our body is resting, our brain isn't shut off. Sleep gives your brain an opportunity to remove toxins, repair tissue and regenerate cells. Our body produces infection fighting proteins so that your body can restore itself and maintain a good level of wellness.

 

Sleep is KEY to overall health and wellness and if weight loss is one of your goals, it is PARAMOUNT you get this nailed.

I will provide you with the tools and techniques that you need to overcome insomnia and help you get restful sleep as well as help you boost your physical and mental well being.
