Welcome to my fitness and soft tissue therapy haven! I've been on this incredible journey for over a decade, working closely with countless amazing women from all walks of life and fitness backgrounds since 2009. My adventure began when I became a mum and started teaching Buggy Classes in the fitness industry but it was after my second child that I discovered I had Diastasis Recti and had to learn how to retrain my core and pelvic floor. Destiny lead me headfirst into the world of Burrell Education, where I completed multiple courses and proudly earned my stripes as a Holistic Core Restore® coach.

The system works wonders, and I'm living proof of its transformative effects. I know what it's like to want to keep going at full speed but also needing to listen to your body. That's why I approach each of my clients with a big dose of empathy and understanding, meeting you exactly where you are in your personal journey.

I'm all about the holistic approach, considering not just the workouts but also your nutrition, daily routines, likes and dislikes to create a program that's tailored to your goals, one step at a time. From specialised training programs to rejuvenating massage therapy and custom packages, I've got your back.

 

Whether you're expecting, in the postnatal phase, dealing with diastasis recti, had a c-section, post-hysterectomy, or just looking to shed some weight and get toned, I'm here to support you. And if you're simply in need of some stress relief, that's on the menu too.

As for scheduling, I kindly ask for a heads-up with at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment, so I can accommodate everyone's needs. If it's less than 48 hours, a 50% appointment fee comes into play, and if it's less than 24 hours, it's the full fee. This policy covers all current and future appointments. If you need to shuffle things around within that 24-hour window, no worries, you can transfer your session to someone else for the same time and date, pending a quick screening.
