What are Hypopressives?

A transformative breath and posture technique

Ideal for:

Postnatal recovery (once cleared for exercise)

Prolapse symptom management and diastasis recti recovery

Core reconnection

Breath control & posture improvement

Long-term pelvic & spinal health

What to expect in my 4 week one to one course -

  • 1 x 45 minute face to face session for a guided introduction to hypopressives

  • 3 x 30 minute face to face or online zoom sessions (your choice), learning the various Hypopressives postures

 

We also cover the following in the 3 online sessions

  • Release work for abdominal, rib cage and chest wall muscles

• Self-lymphatic drainage techniques for torso & abdomen

• A calm, focused space to reconnect with your body

Cost £145

Please Note - This workshop may not be suitable

(the postures are allowed but the but the breath holding may not be) if you:

Are pregnant

Have unmanaged high blood pressure

Have had recent abdominal surgery

Have a new, undiagnosed hernia (please note if you have had your hernia checked, Hypopressives are considered safe)

Experience dizziness or fainting with breath holds

Have certain cardiovascular conditions (please consult your GP)
