Sessions are dynamic, varied and tailored to keep you engaged and progressing.
Pricing Options:
Introductory price - first appointment £10 off a 60 minutes
🔹 Pay-as-you-go (in person or on zoom) at 📍Aveling Park Road E17 4NT:
Any appointments after 8pm are mobile and all mobile sessions are subject to an extra £10 charge per session
60 min – £75
45 min - £56.25
30 min - £37.50
🔹 Block booking: 4 x 60-min sessions – £280 (at £70 per session must be used within 6 weeks)
Block bookings available for shorter sessions and mobile sessions
🔹 Monthly Direct Debit: £171 for 1 x 60 minute session *per week
🔹 Monthly Direct Debit: £75/month, *Includes:

2 x 60-minute appointment in Jan, Feb, Mar, Jun, Jul, Sep, Nov

1 x 60-minute appointment in Apr, May, Oct, Dec

That's just £50 per session instead of £75
(Sessions can alternate between personal training, massage and therapeutic coaching.)

Our schedule is designed to honour both your progress and well-deserved downtime.
You’ll enjoy 41 or 18 appointments per year, with breaks built in during:

4 weeks over Summer

Half-term breaks (1 week each)
No appointments take place outside of term time.
