Due to the current situation with the CV, all my courses are available via live streaming using zoom for those that prefer not to meet face to face

One to One Sessions Tailored to meet your goals

Your Workouts could include any of the following;

Yoga, Pilates & Core Conditioning

Core Stability

Hit Workouts

Weight Training

Circuit Training

Animal Flow (Find out what it is)

I like to keep the workouts fresh and interesting and we'll vary what we do from week to week

£75 for 1 person (60 mins) for 1st session

add £20 for each extra person

Thereafter £390 for a block booking of 6

Must be used up within 8 weeks from 1st session

or £200 per month by direct debit for approximately 40 sessions per year. This package can be interchanged with massage with a 24 hour notice.

(roughly 1 session per week during term time)

Please note No PT sessions - 4 weeks over summer, 

2 weeks over Easter and Christmas.

As part of this deal you also have access to my homework recordings housed in my closed facebook group

-minimum contract 12 months
