Your workouts can include:

Sessions are dynamic, varied and tailored to keep you engaged and progressing.

Pricing Options:

🔹 Pay-as-you-go: 1 x 60-min session – £80
🔹 Block booking: 4 x 60-min sessions – £290 (at £72.50 per session must be used within 6 weeks) 


🔹 Monthly Direct Debit: £220 for 1 x 60 minute session per week (£64 per session)
(Sessions can alternate between personal training, massage and therapeutic coaching.)
📌 6-month minimum contract

Flexible & Supportive Structure for the monthly direct debit contract...

✔️ 41 training weeks per year with scheduled breaks (2 weeks for Easter & Christmas, 4 weeks for Summer & half terms)
✔️ Missed a session? You have free access to membership site which has 5 x 15-min new recorded workouts weekly for at-home practice!


✔️ In-person or Zoom options available

📍 Location: YMCA, 642, Forest Road, E17 3EF (you don’t need a YMCA membership)
