We'll keep things dynamic, varying your routines to keep you engaged and motivated.
Pay as you go 1 x 60 minute £70
Block Booking 4 x 60 minutes £248 must be used within 5 weeks

Monthly Direct Debit £154 gets you 1 x 60 minute session per week.
(Direct debit contract for 6 months minimum.)

The schedule respects y/our downtime too!
Enjoy 41 weeks of training per year, with 2 week breaks for Easter and Christmas, 4 weeks over Summer and breaks over the half terms.
​
If you miss a session? No worries! You will have access to 5 x 15-minute recordings weekly for at-home practice. Check here what this entails.

Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions or the convenience of Zoom, we've got you covered!
