🌶️ Homemade Kimchi Recipe 🌿
Ingredients:
Napa cabbage
Daikon radish
Green onions
Garlic
Ginger
Korean red pepper flakes
Fish sauce (or soy sauce)
Sugar
Sea salt
Steps:
Salt cabbage in water for 2-3 hrs, rinse.
Mix radish, onions, spices, sauces for paste.
Spread paste between cabbage layers.
Pack into a jar, ferment 1-5 days at room temp.
