Ā I love Vadasz Kimchi from Ocado but maybe you want to try making your own? Here's an easy recipe:


šŸŒ¶ļø Homemade Kimchi Recipe 🌿


Ingredients:


  • Napa cabbage

  • Daikon radish

  • Green onions

  • Garlic

  • Ginger

  • Korean red pepper flakes

  • Fish sauce (or soy sauce)

  • Sugar

  • Sea salt

Steps:


  1. Salt cabbage in water for 2-3 hrs, rinse.

  2. Mix radish, onions, spices, sauces for paste.

  3. Spread paste between cabbage layers.

  4. Pack into a jar, ferment 1-5 days at room temp.

  5. Refrigerate and enjoy! Add to dishes for a flavorful kick! 🄢✨
