🧘♀️ Our day began with an amazing yoga session by Sherene Banner @beaninstow . It felt like she read my mind about starting with some foot work – I even brought along some massage balls just in case. 🎉 This retreat marks the start of mine and Sherene's month-long birthday celebrations. I'm grateful for each day in December, celebrating life and memories, especially as I remember my sister, Eleanor, who would have turned 41 this November 29th.
🍽️ Massive thanks to the Old Station Yard Cafe for catering to all our preferences, including the divine vegan dark chocolate cake and the tastiest blueberry, coconut, almond, and lime gluten-free cake I've ever savored!
🎶 The day wrapped up with a mesmerizing sound bath led by the incredible Jay Rughani. We left feeling rejuvenated, gearing up for the Christmas festivities ahead! 🎄✨
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended for trusting me with their well-being. It was wonderful to see both familiar faces and new faces joining in for this rejuvenating experience.
