Gnocchi with mushroom sauce and cream

one diced onion.

Two crushed in garlic cloves.

One pack chestnut mushrooms.

One pack white mushrooms.

One pack gnocchi

Four tablespoons single cream or soy cream.

One tablespoon nutritional yeast, or Bouillion powder

Four handfuls spinach leaves.


I stir fried the Gnocchi in some olive oil first.

And in a separate frying pan, stir fried the onion, the garlic and the mushrooms until they were soft. If the vegetables start to brown off too much add a couple of tablespoons of water. Once the veggies are soft, add the cream, the Bouillion or the nutritional yeast, and the spinach and cover with a lid.

A little pinch of salt and pepper.

Lastly add the Gnocchi and stir it all in and serve with some extra green veggies on the side.
