Why I created this programme…
When my first child was born, I was a different person. I was deeply unhappy with how I looked & stuck in a job I pretty much hated. I was hungry all the time and felt bloated.
What I so desperately needed was some guidance on how to exercise in my own home; quickly, efficiently and safely. I wanted some simple, tasty recipes I could rinse and repeat with minimal preparation. And I wanted someone to hold my hand and do it with me without having to pay a fortune for it!
It took me 5 years to finally leave my job and work full time in the fitness industry and at least another 2 years to actually believe I was good at any of this. Self confidence wasn’t my strongest point!
I always enjoyed weight training…my dad taught me when I was in my teens. It was one of the few things we did together (even if just for a short while). It was this love that made me do my YMCA gym instructor training all those many years ago when I moved to England from Malta at the tender age of 18.
So here is the programme that I wanted for myself all those years ago. I’ve studied and worked hard since then and this is the first programme of hopefully many to come…and I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it x
